Pre-start meeting at 08:00 hours, Friday the 20th September, 2013:

Who:

Electrician Josh Milton (0422 446 899);
Asbestos Removalist David Stathooles (0417 619 132); and
Asbestos Assessor Lawrie Lyons (0437 008 193).

Where: Building 176, RAAF, Townsville.

What:

Noting item 3 involves electrician familiar with building to help locate and isolate heater banks.

1. The asbestos background and reassurance air monitoring and reporting in relation to RBT Buildings 176 & 235;
2. The asbestos survey of RBT buildings 176 & 235 to validate an existing survey report.
3. Location of, and assessment of heater banks within the air-conditioning system of RBT buildings 176 & 235.

works are as following to Buildings 0229/J0762 and 0229/J0753 (see attached Site Plan):

Both Buildings are B Class Asbestos – Bonded. Subcontractor will literally spray with epoxy and remove. No ARCP to be reviewed. Carry out Air Monitoring prior to demolishment of Buildings – Friday 13th September, 2013 Carry out Air Monitoring during the removal of buildings – Monday 16th September, 2013 Carry out Air Monitoring after the removal of buildings – Tuesday 17th September, 2013 Supply a report to capture Air Monitoring data.
Complete DCT requirement. ALL OF THE ABOVE WORKS ARE TO BE COMPLETED IAW WITH ASBESTOS MANAGEMENT PLAN (as previously issued)
