Inspection in relation to the 3rd phase of asbestos removal of C-Block conducted Tuesday the 6th August 2012. Identified issue with two of the recent four areas where ACM on pipework removed. Ground floor store rooms required further make safe and clean, together with further fibre count testing, and two tape tests after wet wipe of entire surface areas of subject rooms.
